Each of our MRI centers here in Palm Beach County started as an empty shell. Joyce developed architectural drawings and 
electrical plans as well as helped with the interior design for all five. Since budget is certainly a consideration when you’re constructing and furnishing commercial property, Joyce was always mindful of keeping expenses in line. Over the years whenever we had modifications we would call on Joyce to collaborate with our GC to ensure the most favorable outcome. She is professional, detail-minded and a pleasure to deal with.

Each of our offices reflects the community it’s located in so they’re all different. That’s why I call on Joyce whenever we move into a new space. As project manager it’s my responsibility to oversee the renovations. To date, Joyce has helped me with five. There are certain things that work for us and Joyce is an expert at incorporating them into our plan. I rely on her to present me with options and help me with fabrics, furnishings and color choices.
Joyce makes the process fun. She’s positive, punctual and has such great ideas. She’s quick to pick up on my tastes. However, if she thinks I’m going down the wrong path, she eases me back on track. She is technically savvy, and is an expert at lighting and sizing, developing diagrams and reading blueprints.
